    I just talked to my lawyer and the judge today and found that the 2004 offense was dismissed after i went to court and it was a ticket and since i wasn't arrested they told me it isn't on my record so now it is just the 2008 offense which isn't a problem because I got hired by a local oilfield service company and I am going tomorrow to take the cdl driving test
