You probably wont find any indication this happened outside your personal file. Just keep you nose clean and do your work. Follow the rules and become a specialist at tying down loads. Watch others ask questions pay attention.

I'm working for the same company as 8-j and i have to call BS on the way he's represented them.
I have the same experience as 8-j and these are my #'s for 2014

That calculated gross income is assuming i take one day off every week BTW.
I've never had a load shift and i have demanded my customers reload trailers before when i felt it was unsafe. One forklift driver started screaming at me until i got his manager involved and then he shut his mouth quick and did what i had been telling him to do for the last 6 hours. #### happens, it's how you deal with it that determines the ending.
Drivers who don't have the intergrity to get the trailer loaded right or the will power to secure it properly are the reason that i have to resecure and tarp a load from scratch every single time i pick up a pre-loaded trailer and then half the time fix some problem or another the driver put off and didn't send in an trailer inspection report so the company could fix it in between loads.
You won't get any sympathy from me. If your not doing well here it's all your fault. -
