There's some unique pacing/writing style in the initial post, reads like someone newer to creative writing that is starting to dabble in writing their own stories. Keep it up OP, if you hang up your trucking spurs and get into the world of writing I think you could go places.

 

We deal very little with Mode Transportation on the tanker side, but the loads we have done for them and the people I've worked with were professional and easy to work with. Bummer you had a bad experience, but one person having a bad day doesn't mean the entire company is crap.(Except maybe TQL, but that's another story.)

 

If everyone were to follow the likes of the op advice against any broker, then everyone were to follow warnings on Google reviews, there would be no broker to work with and no place to pick up or deliver to.

 

I remember a time before Google, those were better times IMHO.
