Hello,
Please do not do any loads for IGH logistics out of Cali,
They are out of business and still post loads. we did a load for them but could not get the money. Claimed on their bond and the Bond company told me that they already paid the $75 000 to their carriers and still have about $400 000 open cases. Any advice how to get the money from them. They owe us $3000

When they raised the Bond from 10k to 75k......I Knew it wasn't enough-
That Bond should be closer to a Million dollars- So Unless your a Mega-broker- Be hard to screw anyone. -

This is why I factor. Yep it's 4% but never have had a issue. If broker is on approved list Dave gets paid.
The Brokers should have to have a enough insurance to cover there 35 day rolling load average. Period

I agree with CaptainDave brokers need insurance relative to how much business they do. The problem is some brokers would have $1Billion in insurance and some $4500.
I have had 138 carriers place $455K against them so far.
In my opinion this is the same people that ran
HOV Trucking
TCH Carriers
HOV
Pro Alliance Network(PAN)
J&B Trucks Corp
and most recently, Maywood Freight LinesThe_Great_Corn Thanks this. -
Here is the simple math as I see it. I do about 300 grand in loads each year. 4% is 12,000.00 cost to me for the big yellow factoring company that owns thousands of Truckstops around the USA you know the one with the heart on it.
The 12,000.00 I pay them is 100% tax deduction. Join in.

Why don't you get a line of credit at your local bank or credit union and ditch the factor?
