I live in a small town to, and it is the same here. Sorry for the mini-rant last night...just got through working around the house and just remembered things LOL. Seriously it wasn't so bad I couldn't stick it out, just bad enough I wouldn't go back unless I had to. Good luck.

 

It's all good bud, no hard feelings here. I figure 1 bad year out of so many is not too bad. I am basically using them as well as them using me! I want to get a CDL and they want cheap labor for a year. They may screw me harder, but at least I will get a few things accomplished, LOL. My main goal is to be able to better take care of my wife and kids in the long run!

What did that 3000 miles add up to in your paycheck? Not being a ####, just asking?

 

even though my checks were up and down a lot, they still stayed within a certain range. my top take home pay might be $500 for a week. the lowest might have been $300. And If I had a $500 week, the next one will tend to be lower. Since some loads from that week were on the last check, so you get less on one check, and more on another.

Its like the chart for the price of a stock. up and down a lot, but trending upwards. It is really more predictable than you would think.
