Called them up and said they will investigate, got a new card and changed the phone number on file to wife's phone.

I never save up more than about ten bucks, if that. Coffee and breakfasts use them up.

Red Viking Trucker on you tube. Had a bunch of points stolen off loves. It was at one store. Was thousands. Loves straightened it out.
I need to get loves card going again. Don’t buy fuel. But speedco is our favorite for work on the road. They always offer to give points. I need to get that active again. Was great when was with a company who fueled there.

They don't need a valid phone number. Get a free Google Voice number or just make up a phone number and use that same fake phone number over and over so you remember it.

I had over $800 on my Love's card before I wen back to OTR. I used that for new CB, electric cooler, GPS. I then built my balance back up to $600. I got my TA card to a similar amount. Spending the points on food and drinks doesn't make sense to me, especially with fuel at $5. It's like paying for a hotdog with gold coins. At least the things I bought lasted beyond the next morning's trip to the bathroom.

Same thing happened to me at PFJ. Multiple purchases using my rewards number. Had someone else's phone number on the acct.

Never had any problem with Love's.

After you spend that dollar what do you have to show for it? I grew up poor. I will always choose to spend money for a thing than for a feeling. You might do something else.

I'm the opposite, I'd much rather have an experience and the memories than buy another thing to clutter up my living room, storage locker, or truck.
