I don't buy things to sit around and clutter up my life. I buy things that help me do what I have to do. Remember a time when trying to fix a problem without the proper tools and how much harder it was to do that. And then I remember how much easer the tool for that situation makes it a brief and happy non-event.

    Buy quality, cry once.
Buy junk, cry every time it's used.

I'm also of the cry once camp.

When I said I would rather have experiences than things I wasn't thinking about tools. Of course there's no substitute for not having the right tool for the job.

If they know your phone number they can use your points. Happened to me, also in TN. My guess is that it’s someone working at a shipper/consignee. PFJ said they would look at security footage and replace the missing points (about $85 worth). They never did.

Best advice I can give is to get a google voice number (free) and use that phone number for your rewards account, and never give anyone the number. You will have to text yourself from the number/app once every three months to keep the number active.

Yup. Another staffer and I have a bet going, kinda like a football pool, about the date when a couple of members actually post something positive for a change.

I had about $280 stolen from my p/j card over Thanksgiving weekend in TX, problum was I was home in TN.

I called p/j fraud dept when I found out. Got the number of the store and called them and gave them time date... called back 2 days the cashier had gotten a free ride with shiny bracelets
