It will only take them 10 yrs to lose the case.......................they do crap for drivers on the whole.

They should be pushing mandatory EOBRS, that would stop all the bull crap lawsuits of faking logbooks.

They should be pushing for mandatory real medical qualifications, not the joke of system they use today.

Why are they not pushing to stop the pay by mile for company drivers? That would be a major boost in safety.

only if we let them! We are the ones to blame for the crappy conditions and lifestyle that has become truckdriving. Grow a spine and tell these companies, shippers, rcv'rs, the gov't, and any1 who will listen, enough already. We deserve better! Better treatment, pay, hometime. A better quality of life! without us the entire global economy fails. IMHO, if u dont agree with that, u r a part of the problem!

Sorry, but your wrong. After 3 years OTR I found a local company that paid by the hour, it's great. No messing with the logbook, everything is legal.

I live in MN and i have never heard of this. I am glad i found it out on here. I mostly run a straight truck with no bunk locally so the sleeper part doesn't apply to me, but i guess they could still put me oos for "looking tired". I have never heard of anyone else around here having this happen to them though. MN is sadly becoming the next comifornia.

I dont carry a long form with me, as far as I know Im only required to carry the green card, thats all Ive been ask for. As far as script's listed on the long form, they would only be listed back at the time it was filed out, not current. Keep stuff put away and dont admit to anything. I keep my curtain closed, This elminates things they can claim to have seen for probable cause.

as far as the other stuff like books, tv's, get real this is just more crap to bust you for. It has no bearing in the real world.
