4 YEARS worth of negative posts about this company should be more than enough warning for drivers to stay away from this company (and its various incarnations).

I read alot of crybaby posts out here about this company or that one. I have personal experience with this goofball Thomas Ondari. I have owned my own company and done eveyones job at some point or another. Maint & repairs, dispatch, billing, safety, Ifta taxes, company taxes, goverment filings etc. You get the picture. I know trucking top to bottom. This guy is not a good person. He really does steal from the drivers. I was pretty good friends with one of his dispatchers and he told me that everyone should make a good net but the problem is that Thomas Ondari personally goes over every settlement and adds charges every week. Stuff like charging every truck a monthly parking fee when the reality is almost all of his spots are rented out. He has maby 10 spots and is charging like 30 or 40 trucks to rent those same 10 spots. Crooked stuff like that. Just alot of made up BS. As for the "free shop service" Thomas will charge you weekly for it and guess what? He doesnt even run the shop another company leases it. And they aint giving you no dicounts either. Just another way for him to grab extra money each week for nothing. Hes got a ton of em. Anyone who believes that 4 or 5 pages of bad reviews with one good review sprinkled in here and there is anyone but Thomas Ondari is just not all that bright in my book. If you believe we're all just digruntled drivers you should just go ahead and sign on. Come back in a month or so and let us know how that worked out for ya. While you're there tell him he still owes me $4,000 and I havnt forgotton about him. Nobody here knows me from Adam but thats not gonna stop me from trying to warn people about this snake.

Oh yea. Thomas if youre going to try to get on here and brag about how you dont tolerate people who habitually violate the rules you should really clean up your own safety rating first. Any idiot can google safer.com and punch in your DOT# go to the top right corner and click on SMS results and clearly see that you are not a guy that takes safety seriously. I did. You know what I see? I see vehicle out of service at a rate of 32.6% (national average is 20%) driver out of service events at more than double the national average. How are you showing only 10 trucks on your authority with a 32.6% out of service on inspection and getting on forums tooting your own horn about safety?

Doesn't continually renaming your company and getting a new DOT number refresh your safety record?

No. You can change your name as much as you want and your DOT# but unless you file for a new authority you keep the same safety numbers. The safer site is part of the FMCSA and they track everything by your MC#
