Why would you put money is HIS truck and then give HIS driver a advance.

 

A guy who owned a small company tried doing that with me asking me to pay for fuel and a lumper and he will pay me back.Of course him and I got in a big argument over it because I refused.He was just too lazy to get his happy ### up and go to the office and get me a po number for the lumper and money into his account for the fuel.But after an hour of arguing he finally did.

 

And my response is "Where do you want me to park the truck?"
I'm an employee, I refuse to pay the company's cash flow. Hexk I won't even do the runs at work that require a scale ticket as I refuse to loan the company the cost of a cat scale. Luckly for them we can now put that on the fuel card.

 

Because he didn’t that’s why! He tried to give himself a raise in pay, then I pay him salary, but he couldn’t even dispatch Trucks . He wants to stay home do nothing and be paid for it!

 

It’s hard to find honest people now days!
I hired Jerry ( bigdog) to be my operations manager. He claimed he owned Trucks ect.
So I hired him put him on salary, if he did drive it was .46 per mile.
Well the next 2 weeks he don’t dispatch check on loads nothing. I had to call and do it myself.
The he gave himself a raise to .52 cents per mile , without even talking to me!
Then he runs his mouth to everyone about my contracts I have! Then he tells me he will not do anything the week of thanksgiving nothing! But he expects his salary. So I paid him in full what I owed to him. He was paid over 3,500 in the 2 weeks he was here then expected another 3,800 on top of that. So who does that really!
I fired him on his inability to do his job!
Jerry I would love to see you in court! Then the judge will see who the real crook is!
My drivers make over 1,000 a week take home I’m very good to my employees. But that don’t mean that I need to be takin advantage of because I’m nice!!!

 

Because he didn’t, give anyone a advance, he’s pissed because I let him go. He was trying really hard to take advantage of me and my kindness I have for my employees. Who gets paid 8,000 for 2 weeks of not dispatching and driving 6,000 miles in 2 weeks. Really!!
I’m sad for bigdog. I hope one day you will be honest and not take advantage of people.

 

Gee, someone fill me in! How do you give yourself a raise, without anyone knowing about it?

 

Hey Jerry why are you advancing drivers money from your pocket?
Explain how you have been paid 3,500 plus in 2 weeks then wanting another 3,800 ?
Why is that?
So explain this to all of us, I can’t wait to hear about it.

So let’s hear it, you make these accusations about this company , let’s hear you explain why I was doing your job? That I hired you to do!
Your just pissed because you wanted to stay home do nothing and get paid 1,000 a week!
Your problem is your greedy and tried to take advantage of me. Good luck bigdog. I hope your honest with your next job!
