DO NOT WORK FOR TRENT BOND TRUCKING OUT OF SPRINGFIELD UT

I the owner found out when he tried to tell me how much I owed him. I was shocked , I said just because I’m paying another driver .52 cents does not mean you get that. I mean crap I was paying him 1,000 a week salary plus .46 per mile if he drove . Then the day before payday he was blowing up my phone. He also said he didn’t give a #### about all my other drivers getting paid he wanted his check the day before payday. I paid him and paid my other drivers. But when he acted like that, then being rude as hell to the other drivers then not doing his job. I had to let him go. Now he’s super pissed because he can’t take advantage of me no more . I’m a laid back guy, I bend over backwards to help, Jerry was money hungry like I’ve not seen before.

 

Not to mention on my contracts if we are late , not due to a accident or weather ect. They fine me 500.00 dollars, Jerry when he drove was late on everything, I mean he sat for 12 hrs because he was pissed off that I didn’t tell him what I did on the dispatch , that I changed a run around so it could be on time. He acted like a child , pouting and causing drama. Like I’ve said never experienced this one before.

 

He found out I was paying another driver .52
So he figured he should be paid that on top of his 1,000 a week salary.
