Do Owner Ops actually take loads that are less than $3.00/mi?

I personally hate anything with multi pics and stops as sometimes it’s a royal cluster but more than once I’ve done what would have appeared on the surface as that nightmare multi stop load and made $14-15k in less than a week but everything has just clicked

Others I’ve tried? Not so much
Burn the clock out loading then it’s 200 miles to drop but they might stop receiving before you can get there then it’s too many miles to the next one to make it before they close or stop receiving so you burn another day

    Siinman Thanks this.

If they sell now they'd be under water.

Equipment prices have dropped just like freight rates

I built a new shop about ten years ago. I was just curious if you had your CDL yet.

In other words you don't have a CDL yet. That's okay. There are actually quite a few people on TTR who don't have a CDL.

It's the big carriers taking these crap paying loads. No o/o could afford it. The big carriers get huge discounts on everything us o/o have to pay full price on. The result will be- we ALL will be working to make someone else rich. There will be no middle class soon.
