    Could be, but if so where is the taxes taken out? Could be a different page I give you, but that's why I asked if it is a 1099 or not.

    I not suppose to be on a 1099 I filed a w2 and state tax form in orientation?
    That looked strange to me to? Plus I see it also says transport leasing on some paperwork too not sure who I am working for! I am confused
