Sometimes if a company can't verify your employment, the company will ask for pay stubs.
Either way, several companies will hire you right now.

What happens if you check off you were subjected to a fmcsa and dot test for a so and so company but weren't really for a 3rd party background check

ARE you trying to hide something. A felony or a crime or something?

I don't worry about all those what ifs as in trying to find loopholes or workarounds. This is not in the best spirit of TTR.

Something isnt right here. I don't like it.

OK, Some has said it is illegal to leave off a former job on an application.
How is it illegal and what can they charge you with for leaving a job off??
I mean if looking back 10 years, it would be pretty easy to forget about a short term job.

It is required indirectly since 9-11 that you account for all time, worked or not. If you were for example at home caregiving for your dying pa for 3 years unemployed that is fine. As long the time is accounted for.

If i was to account for my last 10 it would be one sentence. "A medical and surgical patient" from that date to this in excess of 10 years which would be the truth easily discovered in records that come back to me.

If I had to account for time going back to the early 80's I can do it with good precision, I keep all records in the safe. Some date back to the year of my birth. But companies don't care about that kind of detail.

    There is nothing to charge.

If a employer XYZ detects that you never worked for Ukraine Electric for 50,000 dollars a year as a Board member they simply would just throw your app away and tell you no while laughing at you for being a liar.

Its one thing to have bad things put on DAC when drivers get fired for something. I don't think they keep databases on liars just yet. If they did a sort of PREDAC to keep a growing number of people who lie on applications... well... we live in a police state by then. 1984 with thought crimes and so forth.

There is one word in Law called "Perjury" and thats usually Courts or under oath in some way.

Drivers are 50 to a dime a dozen, cheap, easily replaced and disposable.

I think FFE at one time captured a deceptive thief DM inside Lancaster a few years back and was going to prosecute him but he begged off and asked for a second chance. According to CDL life he was assigned to Jackson MS under FFE etc and was caught red handed stealing and lying. You can bet hes been convicted of those crimes. Embezzlement etc.

But.. that one will never be able to say he did not commit any crime on any future application because he has. And it will follow him to the grave. No hard feelings, he did it to himself.
