Do ya'll prefer truck stops or rest stops?

I'll take any port in a storm, but if all I need is a place to park and get some sleep I go with a rest stop if possible. When I get up the next truck stop is just a few minutes down the highway for food , shower etc.

This is generally what I seek if driving at night and have to sack out during daylight. Truck stops are ten times noisier during the day.
