    Mover Man,
I started driving back in 1969 and consider myself "old school". The only people that pulled 5th wheel locks were independents and Teamsters during their so called strikes. It was done during the cover of darkness and when they wouldn't be caught. Either way it was and still is an act of cowardice and I am sure would be considered an illegal act. It also could get you shot today. I agree with the previous post and just go behind the last row and duke it out, winner take all or forget it and move on. If you are in your 60's I'm sure that a 30 year old will inflict some serious can of whoop ### on you so forget it and move.

No honor in it but some think it's funny or some poetic justice. I think it's just bad form to sabotage another driver. there are too many people and groups against us, we should stick together and at least show professional courtesy and mutual respect.

In regards to pulling 5th wheels I had it happen once, back in the early 80s. Eventually learned it was just some bored teens.

My take on pay to park, its fine, had to do it every so often in new England, but having to pay again to reserve a spot, hell no.

I'd rather pay 12 bucks to reserve a spot then to park on the shoulder and kill 3 people
