OMG, this is so funny. I guess my husband is normal them. LOL. When he drives my car or his pickup he always swings wide when he turns and I have to ask him if his trailer made it around the corner. Also he reaches for the gearshift in our automatic vehicles to shift gears or tries to find the clutch. Several times I have caught him turning on the flashers when he backs up. :biggrin_2559: Thanks everybody for letting me know hubby is normal, or whatever normal is for a trucker. LOL Stay safe out there.

Oh and was wondering if it is normal for you guys to drive your 4-wheelers slower than usual when you get out of the truck?????? I tell my husband he drives the 4-wheelers like an old man. Plus he stops way back when coming to a stop light. What is with that??? LOL:biggrin_25511: Thats OK I think the truckers could teach these 4-wheelers some valuable lessons on driving etiquette. Stay safe.

Yep, your hubby is completely normal! What's really funny is my hubby started looking for the ranger button on the car, which is a 5 speed manual! #### thing is I started doing the same thing and I have been out of the seat for 10 years!

Another thing I've done is to try to float my 5speed Ranger. Bloody rpms don't die as fast as in a Detroit!:biggrin_25524:

    Lilbit Thanks this.

Sometimes, when coming up on a weigh station on the interstate, I'll find myself looking up at the windshield to see what color my non-existent Ez-Pass transponder flashes. Never mind the fact that I forgot that I'm driving my car.

Hey, I float the six speed in my jeep all the time. Shifts smooth as silk.
