Do you guys use travel size accessories or the normal package?

OK I agree with BOTH of you here. Sheets and blankets are a hell of a lot more comfortable for me. BUT, I always carried a sub zero sleeping bag in the truck with me. Just like carrying emergency rations. You never know when schidt is going to happen. Not fun being stuck somewhere in a blizzard and low on diesel or have a truck that flat won't run. It's nice to be able to stay reasonably warm.

:biggrin_25519: I still do that today, buy 2-3 of same thing for the house and now i'm learning too use coupon too, like today, i bought 2 shampoo get 2 free with coupon, i like free, but i still had too pay .25 cent tax on it , so it really wasn't free, but anytime i get close too free that okay with me, i wacthed that extreme coupon show , the other night, he walked out with 2 tho in goods, and time they got done with the coupons , the store ended up paying him 51 bucks, all his stuff was free, so heck i want too try it, so i dug out my wallgreen ad and try it, and it does work too save money.:biggrin_25514:

I do what some others do... I buy regular items, but for the truck I refill small bottles with shampoo and other items when I go home. Just don't want to tote a bag full of large stuff around.

I use regular fitted sheets and blanket, but I also use a good sleeping bag as a comforter for chillier nights when I really don't need a heater running. I tend to sleep better when it is cool anyway.

Something else that I learned the hard way. If it is liquid, it can spill. Put the container into a ziplock bag. Much easier to throw out the whole mess, than to try to clean up the living quarters!

I use the regular sized stuff. A tube of toothpaste isn't so difficult to stow away in the sleeper that I need to pay more to get maybe half as much. The travel sized stuff is intended for people who are limited by the amount of luggage they can put into an aircraft. If you need to downsize that much in a truck, you need to either do some serious spring cleaning, or else work on your organizational skills.
