Only way I have been able to pull its head out of its back side is to disconnect power to main box and let it sit for a few minutes. Then start everything back up and works fine.

Seen that mentioned elsewhere. You have to have the correct bit though or you will booger up the screws. Might try that when I get back home. Right now the mouse pointer just jerks around the screen very slow.

No need for a bit on mine. Mine has thumb screws that I just use my finger to loosen and tighten.
