Yes I have websites, they are not indexed by search engines, if someone wants to see what we do, they get an URL. In the emails and letters to potential customers, the URL is put into the email or letter at leact twice.

There is one for truck tracking, some trucks are setup for this and it stops harassment from brokers.

And there is one for the staff and drivers for information of the company.

You need a website with good SEO to help customers find you. Use keywords like ""DFW freight shipping,"" ""Texas local trucking,"" ""hotshot loads DFW,"" and ""small trucking company Texas."" These can help your site show up in searches.

You can also try Google Ads and Facebook Ads to pay for clicks.

Make sure your site has clear info about your services, contact details, and customer reviews. This helps shippers trust you. Also, list your business on Google My Business to show up in local searches.

If you're paying for clicks, local keywords are where it's at: "Dallas freight services," "owner operator trucking near me," "DFW shipping companies," etc. You don't want to waste budget on national clicks when you're running a local operation. I'd recommend checking out FortressGrowth, they specialize in helping smaller service businesses like trucking companies figure out SEO and lead generation.
