    now they can DAC him harder..

    Thanks everybody I’ll make a decision about my departure at a later date. But my departure is no loss to swift as every week a new group of drivers start at each and every terminal.

    Swift is just like every other mega corporation. They won’t care that you’re gone and no one will care that you just up and quit unless it’s another mega. Go to a company that doesn’t use DAC and you’re golden.
