Do you need to give 2 weeks notice

Most places i’ve worked don’t want an official record of anything negative. That way when something hits the fan they can claim they have no record of anyone saying anything negative.

 

Also companies like this that report to DAC could very will put a negative on your report, two items that carry a lot of weight. 1) no rehire and 2) terminated for violation of company policy. Yes I know you may quit with no notice, but there is a good chance they will consider your quitting without required two weeks notice to be a termination. Good luck trying to fight it.

 

Seriously? If companies CARED about their drivers and reasons for leaving there would be no "driver shortage" and 100%+ turnover rates.
