    American here, ill join you though for ham and pineapple. Mmmmm

    Usually its either fresh hot mushroom and onions on half, sausage and pepperoni on the other half.

    Or its all the above cold.

    Or it could be all the above reheated so the spilled cheese can be eaten seperately. Usually only do this if im feeling frisky.
