I thought this might be a fun way to read some entertaining posts, this is your first load as a solo/team driver,
    so here goes....

My first trip was with USX, had to get a ride with another USX driver who just bought himself a used Western Star (blue in colour) lol and we drove for a cpl hundred miles, got to a guys house, where the truck was parked in his driveway...took a cpl hours to get his stuff out of century and into his WS. after that, his old truck was mine, yay...

First trip was from Louisville, KY to Orangeburg, SC ( nice run ), and a load of fridges, I remember this load even though it was a long time ago, because when i got to the delivery I backed into my assigned dock and all the forklift drivers were watching, I thought I did a great job backing in.....Until they asked me to open the doors first.:biggrin_25513:
    WOW, that was embarrasing:biggrin_2556:

My first team load was with CRST. After spending a week at home they found me a co-driver. I had to take a bus over to Tampa to meet him. I got there and he said he didn't have enough hours to get there that day so I had to find a motel room. I figured out later that he just wanted to chill out in Jax where his first stop was because he lived there.

So he shows up to pick me up and we head over to USPS to finish his delivery. He actually hit the trailer next to us. It was pretty tight in there.

First solo run. I took hometime in KY to see my oldest daughter graduate. He decided to quit and left the truck at the Kangaroo in Jax. I had to take a bus to get here. I get there and the truck had been towed. I get that all taken care of and get a load going to a Walmart DC in Oklahoma. Then off to their OKC terminal to meet my second co-driver.
