"if they're not safe enough by my standards turn them in." There is a minimum standard of safety, believe it or not. If a driver is weaving from shoulder to shoulder, and in fact other vehicles have swerved to avoid being hit, well, I guess you wouldn't call that in, because that would be applying a standard, and someone else might think you were being "judgemental". Or maybe we just ought to scrap the idea of minimum safety standards, because there will always be someone who objects to them. And it's absolutely impossible that anyone could use reason to determine whether any given situation is dangerous or not.MrEd and QuietStorm Thank this. -
