Yeah and you know that would be a "preventable accident" on your record when the 4 wheeler sticks there nose under your trailer and your tandems go over the hood so they can collect the insurance check on a vehicle they are probably in debt for. Maybe I think differently but I try to look at what could happen. We all know 4 wheelers are dumb and don't care. they cut you off and there out of your sight with in the mile. I try to separate myself as much as I can and if that means pissing off super trucker... well in the next mile or so I won't see him / her again either

MN Driver chimed in with this, and threw in his snark:

Which I quoted, and noted it was not just a problem in congested areas:

    Sarge further emphasized that point:

    And x#1 did likewise:

You then brought your infinite wisdom to the table, and quoted my post about it being issue in other than congested areas; and preached to us as if we were talking about the busiest of areas.

I addressed your obvious non sequitur:

    Which you failed to comprehend:

Which Gigs knew I was unlikely to let pass:

Hope I didn't go too fast for ya! :biggrin_25511:

It's really quite simple for anyone not of the "ME FIRST!" mentality; if you are consistently getting passed on the right, move your dumb ### over!

I failed to realize he wasn't talking about city/congested driving, he failed to realize my statement about the smith system was directed towards city driving...

I don't run on the big road very often, but when I do, I run the right lane, except for merging traffic.

^This one?^ You're right. It was in the middle of a bunch of posts about slower traffic keeping right, and wasn't given the context of city only. I actually agree with that statement, btw, in congested areas. It was just placed where it came across as "middle lane all the time" justification. Glad you clarified. Sorry I busted your balls for it.
