So I was right? You work for Celladon?

I've thought that for the past year now. I just never asked you.

I didn't ask simply because I never found the right place/time to ask.

I just assumed that was the company. I did a little deductive reasoning. You live in Indy, and with the way you preach running legal, you must have worked for a large company. So, I ran through a mental list of large companies based out of Indy. Celadon was the only logical choice.

LMAO! THAT'S FUNNY. I was worried about saying where I worked because some people take things to the extreme so I hope everyone will be nice to me as I am only here for drivers and well I enjoy talking to you all!
So please dont ever do anything wrong or embarrassing (that's to any driver reading this, not just scarecrow:biggrin_25524:

Logs, this is what I do not like about HOS. Last night I was on my way home. I shut down 1.5 hours from my home. I could have made it home legally, both 11 and 14 hours. Would have been close to the 14, but inside the window. The reason I shut down so close to home? I was tired. Could I have made it? Sure, but why risk it? Would have put me home at midnight and I would have went to bed anyway. So I crawled in the sleeper. I still have time to get my restart and pick up.

Now here is the problem. I had time to make the run legally, but was tired. Other times I would be out of hours for the day, but not tired. The way the current HOS is that most of the time if a driver wants a cat nap or just wants to get out from behind the wheel he is punished on his 14. This is what pushes drivers to over-extend themselves. Not being able to stop the clock against the 14. Yes; I know how to split log, so don't tell me that is how to do it.:biggrin_25522:
