Like I said. The only way to get them back is to shame them. That's what should have happened long ago. Enough is enough is enough. They won't change until forced.
Do you tip for showers?

unless the shower is bad, I always throw a dollar down. If the attendant looks at me and says enjoy your shower, thats another dollar. To few friendly people out here
Dave_in_AZ, 25(2)+2, Pork Chop Express and 1 other person Thank this. -
i leave $1 if shower nice and clean, but if its not then why would i tip him?

I only tip when they bathe me. Hasn't happened yet.
texasbbqbest, EZ Money, mountaingote and 1 other person Thank this. -
I tip especially if the shower is clean and if they go out of their way to get an extra towell for my wife etc, I had an attendant in Laredo go way out of his way to chase me down in the parking lot after i forgot something, now that definitely deserved a tip
Dave_in_AZ Thanks this. -
like when you don't even have to ask for an extra towel for the wife. A few of them will just look at the wife and ask if she would like an extra towel for her hair.

To those of you who are in TC management: what is the procedure that your shower attendants are to follow when preparing a shower room?
Many times, I have seen shower attendants do a very half-assed job: walk in, squeegee the walls and floor of the shower area, use the (used) bathmat to "mop" the floor, remove the old towels, drop new ones, and walk out. No cleaning products used, trash still in the trashcan, sink and toilet seat not wiped down, mirror still fogged up, etc.Ty3000 Thanks this. -
