Do you trash haulers come home smelling like garbage every day?

I did it from the age of 17 to 21 over 30 years ago . The truck did stink outside in the back where I was standing in summer but it wasn’t all that bad . I felt the money was worth it compared to other jobs back then.if you’re driving the truck and most pick ups are automatic I’d imagine it wouldn’t be too bad.

I think he’s talking about the export trash Ontario sends to Michigan in open trailers with netting over the top

 

I've been at the truck shop when they have a trash truck in a bay. It's awful. The building holds the smell and the flies!!!! Freakin' swarms of flies. I don't know how the mechanics deal with it.
