thank you. to be honest, I haven't felt right about shacking up with the woman from the first day. It's not right in God's eyes, no matter what society says. Just another reason I need to end this.
I talked to her today and she was nice, saying she couldn't wait for me to come home. ??
I've decided to turn off the power to the apartment while I'm home, inform the landlord I'm moving out, move my things out and put in a storage unit.... and kind of live in my good ol' truck for a while. I can visit my grandma when home.
I'm just gonna tell her it's over, get out or get thrown out by the landlord. I'm not going to worry about what she's gonna do, she's a grown woman and capable of taking care of herself. I'm actually beginning to feel sorry for her, she's so cold hearted and selfish. Until she changes I don't think she will find happiness.
Getting rid of her will help me to find happiness again.
thanks friends

You need to decide what it is that you want. You not liking your GF being a huge flirt has nothing to do with you trusting her while you're on the road.
Personally, I'm not concerned with what or who or what my wife does when I'm not with her. If she has wants or needs that I can't provide for, then she's free to get what she wants elsewhere. I want her to be happy, just as long as she can keep me happy as well.Chucktshoes Thanks this. -
Reminds me of the Army, when you'd have these 18 year-old kids from middle of ####### nowhere, they'd go for block leave one Summer, then suddenly come back married to some girl you never heard them mention even once before. And when they deployed, you'd see that same girl in the clubs on post... the ones on Drum were the most notorious.. Spinners was colloquially referred to as "spouses".
Take your time, find the right one. If you have a dry spell for a while until this happens, cope. You'll find it better to be single and content than to bounce from relationship to relationship and constantly get burned.
Don't expect to have much of a dating life driving a truck OTR. Worst comes to worst, I suppose you always respond to the "commercial company" you'll hear on the CB... just make sure they don't give you the AIDS. Or drop their crack rock in your truck. -
It takes the right couple to team, if done right there is little time together. Even as a rider it takes the right couple, trucks are more roomy than my little 359 flat top. They are still pretty small for two people and their kool-aid.
