I don't mean to be rude...but if you "stopped reading it a long time ago", then why are you still posting here in this "topic" or thread? Have you considered taking up work with the DOT in Kentucky, Tennessee of Massachusetts? It seems to me that your lack of basic comprehension of written text would make you an ideal candidate for such agencies.
