Better check those valve stem extenders they install. My truck had them on it when I got it. This one was almost worn through and damaged the wheel. I pulled all of them off.
Edit: I guess it's one word... TirePass for benefit of the search engine.
Do you use Love's TirePass?

Was the stem flopping around...? Or was the outside tire mounted against it....

Dave_in_AZ and Cat sdp Thank this.

You are not suppose to pull away from tire pass until the loves employee tells you. ??
I like tire pass.QuietStorm, Trucker Kev Paid Tourist and Cowboyrich Thank this. -
Things must have changed, Loves was always just a fuel stop, mediocre at best even to grab fuel and go, what the devil is tire pass???
-
Be careful though because in Jan one of those rookies broke my valve stem because he didn't know what he was doing.doc43204, Dave_in_AZ, lilillill and 1 other person Thank this. -
Good god, just how lazy is folks getting. There is no way I am even letting a tire shop go around my truck checking tires. The dot does not care that your tires have been aired up before they inspect you, all tires have been aired up at some point in time. lol
flood, jammer910Z and D.Tibbitt Thank this. -
I have never used tire pass. I check my own tires and fill them up with a glad hand hose if needed.. Loves takes enough time to get thru the fuel islands , dont need to wait even longer for a mechanic
Dave_in_AZ Thanks this. -
Its great for a 30 minutes brake at the fuel island. And no one cares ur there for 30 minutes while they check ur tires.. And ur ao close to the front door. U can pee out the passengers side abd hit the urinal inside.
QuietStorm, MIT, D.Tibbitt and 4 others Thank this. -
The trouble with TirePass is that tires are always hot when you pull in to fuel, unless you happened to overnight there. Tires need to be checked cold. If the truck is yours just get a tire pressure monitoring system. They aren't that expensive and they're worth it.
Chicken wang, mitmaks, flood and 2 others Thank this.
