Can anybody help me to make decision ?

I would think the longer cab to axle would always be a good thing, can't really think of any drawbacks other than turning radius.
I and many others on here will always recommend a semi over any dually of course.Last edited: Mar 17, 2016

Semi>dually
Bed>bench
1m miles > 100k -
Which one is better?,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Neither, JMHO
Terry270 Thanks this. -
Having a bed is handy on a dually
not sure where the 100K is coming from, I have several friends with 5.9 and 6.7's that have nearly 300k on the motor with no rebuild or replacement other than regular maintenance costs. You can purchase an entire brand new long block crate Cummins complete for $6K when you need to replace it finally. Last time I checked an overhaul on a Cummins 12-14l or similar was in the $10-$12K range if you did just the internals without injectors and such.
All depends on what you want out of your truck and what you are going to do with it. -
Right. But for 6k long block for 6k. Or maybe 1m engine for twice that. And don't try and tell me a dodge trannys gonna live behind that for the whole time

Sorry 6k engine for 300k. And those guys tow 20k+ everyday? I put 360k on a dt444 in a class 5 chassis and it was smoked.
