My husband and I are new drivers he has some experience and I haven’t decided what company is a good fit for us. I have been a passenger while he was an OTR company driver. I can’t imagine driving the rig non stop between him and I. We were told companies offer “Super solo” I have not seen anything online offering super solo. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Werner has offered to pay us .47 cpm,Veteran Aprenteship program, program reimbursement 5000 bonus and a 2019 peterbilt with all the bells and whistles sounds too good to be true.
    Covenant 40,000 bonus .52cpm .. USXpress 50,000 bonus.
We have all endorsements, clean driving record. Can we Get some advice?

47cpm? That's solo driver pay not team money.
Even 52 is low pay for a team even if your calling it super solo.
I understand the the term ss me and a buddy of mine ran like that. This was many years ago though , don't let any company try a jerk you around on pay just because your going to run as a super solo team.
Teams are in very high demand right now.
    Maybe this guy can help

So they want to call you Super Solo and split .47 ?

    Lol
    Clever play on words.

Those big signing bonuses are paid out over a long period, too.

They should forget those and just PAY the people to work... then they don't need the bonuses.

Your probably not going to see that online. Your best bet is to call a good company and talk with them about it. A good company should be willing to pay you solo pay for all miles driven. I'm assuming by Super Solo you mean that you would, between the two of you, be driving 14 hours a day and then taking 10. Best wishes to you!

If you going to be a team dont sell yourself short, get with a ltl carrier such as Old Dominion, rl carriers, estes , averitt, aaa cooper. @IndianaMike i believe him and his wife works at rl carriers. He can maybe offer more insight about how teams work.

    Good luck

No , it's not what Werner is calling it , it's how they plan on running
