Was curious if O/O that have a felony conviction have the same problems and rejections that a company driver would have trying to get hired on?

the simple answer is no almost, if you have your on truck and trailer and you are an independent with your own authority NO you are your own company nobody's business,BUT if you have a tractor and you have to lease to a company then your going to run into the same problem, all comapany's want more information then they need and as long as you work for a company or leased to a comany you run into the same problem until you become inependent then it is your comany and you find there are a lot of things that are not required, when it's your company you dom't have to bother. luck to you . southrnpride:biggrin_25514:
