Does Anheuser Busch require trailer washout?

The best way out of down there is if you’re wanting to go east to cross back over into Illinois, or into St. Louis to eventually head west on 70, is Lynch or Sidney street to Broadway, make a right. Make a left on Marion and a right on 8th and that’ll spit you out onto the big road. If you’re wanting to go west on 44 or south on 55 do the same thing but blow by Marion. Stay left to shoot up 7th street right before Park Ave. and go under the interstate then a left onto the on ramp. If you miss, or they are doing construction on that 7th street jag you can make a left on Park then a right on 7th. You’re not really supposed to but F em. When you leave that brewery if you’re following your gps or looking at the state signs pointing instructing you to turn left to get on 55 south it’s all jacked up and you can get in trouble in a hurry down there. I’m guessing that’s the way you went from how it sounds. Plus city DOT sits down there. I’ve seen them on Marion St. too trying to catch overweight trucks leaving the brewery but 9 times outta 10 they are sitting down the other way, the jacked up way.

I came in off of Arsenal. That was easy but I don't really know if it's a truck route. On the way out, I took 7th to Park, right on 7th. The on-ramp to WB I-44 is pretty tight and can't be made from the left turn lane. Considering how much truck traffic is down there because of AB, the city of St. Louis could do a lot more to help trucks get in and out of there with more signs, taking out some curbs, and changing some lane markings. And I did see a truck pulled over on 7th. I was wondering if they were sitting down there waiting to pull over the trucks leaving AB.

Oh yea it’s been awhile since I been down there and it always seems like they are doin some sort of roadwork and making things more difficult. Arsenal is good to take in they won’t give you any trouble on that When it snows and they got snow banks built up on both sides it’s a little tight but nothing you can’t do. You’re absolutely right, St. Louis could do ALOT more to make that area more easy to get around. North of there off like Choteau and south of there by like Potomac St to get to the river terminals on 1st street it’s just an absolute zoo. No street signs, and none of the buildings addresses match the street they’re on, and they’re not marked either. And like you said it’s not truck friendly at all so you can’t just take off and go wandering around trying to find it. It’s frustrating. Glad you made it out unscathed tho!

They never said anything about a trailer washout. Would have made me late for the appointment, anyways. I just cleaned it good with a leaf blower. I could feel the truck shaking a little when he walked through the trailer to inspect it, but he never said anything. I don't see why they would want a washout for canned or bottled beer. On a side note, that AB plant near the river is a pain to get back to the interstate from depending which direction you're going.

The shaking you felt was probably when they were building the bulkhead in the trailer.
