does any one know about sleeper matress laws

    i was wondering ... i heard that when a new driver gets a company truck, the company by law has to change out the matress,,,i was told that it is a law w/ fmcsa and osha...any help to a site on this would be nice .... thanks

    I know my company requires it even if you want to take your other mattress with you into a new truck, they wont allow it. sucks cause that mattress was comfy.
