I am curious as to what your length of haul is if you are a solo driver. I haven't given this company much consideration, but was just looking at their payscale, which looks like it pays according to the length of haul.
For example (1 year experience, just for reference)
0-300 miles (.41/mile)
301-600 miles (.37/mile)
601-900 miles (.34/mile)
901+ (.32/mile)
I have never driven under a sliding pay scale like that, so just curious what most of your loads fall under, or what they average out at.
( and I have read all the positive and negative about the company, just looking for something specific here)
Does anybody here drive for usxpress?
