Does anyone have a 2000 FLD120 with the 12.7 Detroit?

    Yeah, it sucks.. lol I'm not sure what the logic is behind the under bunk location.?

    I used to think it was to keep washer fluid from freezing. But that doesn't really make sense either because if it is frozen in the lines that go to the wipers, it can't squirt anyhow.. Maybe I'm missing something..?

    I always thought they had convenience in mind., as that’s where a gallon jug might be kept. Both my Classics have it under bunk. It’s nice to fill in winter inside, but it’s really a PITA to lift the bunk, can’t be seen from side box if anything else is blocking it. Better under the hood, where it gets seen often.
