Does anyone have any experience with percentage pay hauling dry bulk?

Im a company driver and i pull a dry bulk tank. The company pays me 45 cpm loaded 32 empty. 20 bucks to load, 75 to unload. I go out loaded, back empty. So the avg cpm is really 38.5 cpm. I feel cheated but i dont know the freight rates, they keep that very secret.
