does anyone know about us freight?

I've spoken to the recruiter and she told me solo drivers pout of Portland average 2300/3200 weekly. I'm fine with 2300 but geez I don't need any less but expect it in winter. Another big question is if they do the per diem like some other. Companies do like covenant does .
I head per diem screws me at end of year. Thanks in advance, I know they a newer company
