I'm looking for a different company to work for. I've talked to their recruiter and even had them send an application packet. Their pay is a little lower than I would normally take, but I'm on my last nerve with the company I'm with.

What IS their starting pay.....their web site is a freaking joke to say the least.

Used to see their trucks (when I was OTR) ALWAYS west of I-35, and seemed like they were always on the move. Was kinda interested in them back in the day, but never did call a recruiter.

I work for Sunrise, the pay is a little low but they give me plenty of miles to compensate, they are organized and managed well, like all trucking companies they have their kwerks, but I choose where I go! They treat me good and they do take good care of me and the equipment

I drove there for a little under a year.
Uneven playing field and took 7 months to get offered a semi regular route. Half trucks have Qualcomm and half don't. About 210 trucks total. A lot of spoiled drivers who run outlaw as long as they don't have Qualcomm. Those who do be ready to match everything. 34 cents is what I was making and plenty of miles I'll give them that. Dry van and mostly truckload easy loads for most part. All loads run through Grand Island and Twin Falls Idaho. Mostly newer equipment and great maintenance program. I quit and moved on but will concede they are a good company for the most part.

I'm considering this company as well they offered low pay to start 14cpm, but after training they put you at .32 as a new driver. They promised 3200 miles a week. Is that realistic. What is the average pay check look like over there?
