Just read it on another forum. If I'm joining as solo OTR, will I need to team at first?

Thanks for the help buddy. :biggrin_2556:

I drilled my recruiter yesterday but didn't even think that was a possibility until I saw it posted in another forum. Will ask tomorrow, but would like to know if anyone has had to team during that first 120,000 miles.

It would make me think twice about going with them.

No they have a lot of solo options… Maybe they are trying to move in that direction, not sure.

That's right; they run teams and solo's.

If you get your cdl through their school you would be required to team 240,000 miles before going solo.

    Their websites faq's.

It could end up being the full 52 weeks, a full year, depending on how much mileage the team is putting out.

What is much more important would be the right matching of the 2 team drivers for that time span.
