I have had a couple that get like that.

I stop calling them since they call so quickly.

UNTIL I check in to deliver and check-out to give them an OSD report.

i don't even answer the phone. i turn the volume OFF.

CHR is the only one i have a problem with. and i haven't hauled for them over a year now. so i don't feel i'm missing out on customer service.

With CHR I just do everything on the website. Stops the calls for the most part all together.

I had a load 2 weeks ago from J. Jerue...I swear I wanted to punch the lady through the phone! I loaded Saturday morning, called in with all info let the, know I would be in ATL Monday morning. They called back around 2230 that night and I let it slide. I'll be ###### if that woman didn't call me again at 0530 Sunday morning. They take it to the extremes sometimes.

Had a guy from Scottlyn once. I swear this dude was on pcp or something! At least 8 calls per day on a 3000 mile run!

I had one call me trying to get me to hurry to get the car there so they could leave with it for CA from GA, mad me mad because when I called on the car, it took over an hour for him to call me back on it. After the third call, I told him I was driving a Peterbilt not a Jet. The calls stopped.

If you look at my top earners and the people I will pay a little extra when I broker a load, they are the ones that have the attitude that they are going to make sure the person on the other end of the line feels like this is the most important load in the world.

Any idiot can hold a steering wheel. A professional understands they are just one link in the chain and others have jobs to do as well. Make their job easy and they will want to use you more.

Big Jay and Ezrider_48501 Thank this.
