I would reccomend this driver look at Food distribution companies, rock hauling, Cement hauling or pnuematic tanker haulers, stockyard/livestock hauling, or find a smaller company to sign on with... a more localized or regional carrier. . . Get some experience putting rubber to the road with someone and take the hit of doing it for less $ and benefits in the short term in order to get some safe driving experience under your belt. THEN, after a few years, start to get that resume updated and out there to the bigger boys. It wont garuntee that some of these shytheads will hire you...but it will improve your chances. Good luck my man!
