If a company requires 6 months experience, does it matter how many miles you drive during your first 6 months?
Does Mileage and Experience hold the same weight?

I've never known one to quantify the miles, although there probably are some, but I would think they would expect you to have been driving the majority of the time for the 6 months
6 months OTR is going to have more miles that 6 months of city driving, but the experience levels will be different.
I guess it depends on the job you are applying for and how your experience matches the requirements for the job. -

"I am looking for something offering more consistent miles. I understand they vary as the year goes by but at my last carrier it was from a high of _____ to a low of _____, I am looking for something that is around the High on a more regular basis"
If they do not ask however, don't volunteer it, you have been running OTR for the last six months. -

I have never been asked how many miles. I assume they get that when they check your previous carrier.

Lots of Applications ask for miles.
I always average it out at 10-11k/month never been questioned about it. -
Guess I have just been lucky then. Never seen it.
