What accomplishments are you referring too? It's an open forum...what unsolicited wisdom...what wisdom at all are you referring too? I simply replied to your reply to me.... so you solicited my response.
Also...any driver with 3 months experience can qualify for what I do, with extra training.... Hardly an accomplishment.
And how much a yr are you making? So what do you do with all your time sitting around? 1900 miles in 5 days I'd go fn stir crazy
1) The obtaining of your schedule which you referred to in your post. It came across as you have some special gift, knowledge or superiority that you wish to bestow on us lowly Millis drivers who have poor hometime. 2) Correct, it is an open forum 3)That there are companies with other schedules and that in your opinion Millis hometime is "average at best" and we should all be looking elsewhere. 4)My reply was to your original post about Millis hometime. The one where you felt compelled to offer unsolicited enlightenment that in your opinion the hometime here isn't good. It was already explained that the 1.5 days per 7 out ratio is sort of a guideline and not a hard and fast rule. I know some that are out M-F and home every weekend here and others that basically live in their truck all by the driver's choice. As was previously stated Millis is very flexible and tries to keep drivers as happy as possible. The people that know how things work here are the ones who work here. Not someone who doesn't. Most drivers are aware that there are thousands of different truck driving jobs with all sorts of hometime options except maybe the very newest. Including local home every day which I have done. You can continue to chime in here all you want but I'm not going down the rabbit hole any further.
When Its 5days out/4 nights out is $1465 a week, and if I stay over on Thursday night for Capacity ( in case of a call off or Breakdown needing rescue ( 5.5 days) it's $1660, What do I do with my time...Read, go home, go to gym near plant, go to the movie house near plant, meet up with lady friends for dinner... I don't get paid by the mile....I've yet to do 1900 miles in 5 days...
