Short and to the point list of what my dream trucking company would be.
1). Preferably no driver facing camera.
2). Mostly drop/hook freight.
3). APU/Inverter/Fridge in truck.
4). Delivery area consisting mainly of West/Central/South/Midwest, no East Coast.
5). Zero micromanaging.
6). Quality pay. I know what my experience is worth.
7). Terminal in the greater D/FW area (to make home time easier lol). (not necessarily their "main" terminal)
8). Quality home time.
9). No fuel or routing solutions.
10). More long hauls than short ones.
11). No "overspeed" hassles.
12). Relaxed safety dept.
Yeah, probably asking too much lol.
Does my "holy grail" of trucking companies exist?
