Does anyone know if PAM has a company store online? The reason I asked is because I've seen drivers with PAM merchandise such as bags and t-shirts etc.... If so, how do you get the merchandise. I know companies like Swift has a company store online.

You get those items after working for PAM for an amount of time, and doing so safely.

Noggin, do you work form PAM? I am scheduled for orientation on May 9.

If you are a PAM driver, are they as good to drivers as they say they are?

Hey Coyote1953 I worked for PAM last year for a while. They treated me fair. I left them but am going back. I will be at Tontitown for orientation on the 9th. Maybe I will see you there. PM me if you have questions. I will try to help.

They are as good as you let them be, I suppose. You will hear many drivers talk crap on PAM, but you will hear that at any company you go to. I have worked for PAM for over 2 years now, and I have never really had any problems. I make good miles (even before I was a trainer), I dont sit much...Now, I have been home late many times for my requested home time, but then again, I don't really push it. I am single with no kids, so unless I have something I NEED to be home for; concert, NASCAR race, yada yada...I don't really care if I get home on the requested day or 2 weeks late. It'll just determine how long I stay home.

Some of the DM's aren't worth a bucket of piss, but again, I've never had one so I wouldn't know what to tell you about that. All you can do is work your hardest, don't be a lazy driver (less than 1000 mile load, 3 or 4 days to deliver, get there early. don't take all 3-4 days)..don't refuse loads that you are asked to repower/swap unless you do not have hours or such...and you may start seeing your miles pick up after a while.
