Does Prime Inc keep last paycheck

    Got a local job offer , will prime keep last paycheck if I owe them for their cdl school training for quitting before the 1 year contract is up . I understand they will send me the bill for it but what about last paycheck if I put in a notice ? Or just quit on hometime after paycheck is deposited. I’m on a team truck it’s his truck so I don’t have to worry about returning truck etc

    Your going to regret not finishing the year, they will pursue the money, its not going to disappear. If you tell them you have a personal emergency you need a couple of weeks off, then quit after you get the last check.

    Total it up
    They'll either hand you a check or a bill

    Easier in life to pay what you agreed to. Or ruin your credit and pay 12% when you go to buy a house or a car. Plenty of people do it.
